Invoice is not created in a EBS-OTM scenario, with error -->
Unable to create invoice_refnum record for invoice with invoice_refnum data. Cannot update the invoice_refnum record. [INVOICE_REFNUM_QUAL_GID] must reference a valid INVOICE_REFNUM_QUAL record. java.sql.sqlexception: ORA-02291:integrity constraint (GLOGOWNER.FK_INV_RF_IRQ_GID)violated - Parent Key Not found" , when they try to create a invoice
