This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
New THU (Transport Handling Unit) or Ship Unit Spec added via the integration is not displayed immediately on the Transport Handling Unit dropdown listbox under the Order Base Line Item user interface. It seems that the dropdown listbox is never refreshed, thus the field becomes blank
