Goal

When clicking the Pay button, why do we get the error "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. Click here for exception details." for only some customers?

You may see an error such as this:
"oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1"
