Symptoms

When attempting to run HZ_CUST_ACCOUNT_SITE_V2PUB.CREATE_CUST_SITE_USE API, the following error occurs.

ERROR
1. Invalid value for cust_acct_site_id. Please enter cust_acct_site_id value from hz_cust_acct_sites.

2. The following SQL error occurred:
ORA-01403: no data found."
