Symptoms

Try to inquiry counters for a specific instance application is taking a lot of time for refresh screen 3 to 5 minutes.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a instance and associate counters

2. Go to CMRO > Unit Configuration > Search product
Look for an instance and select counters or open instance and then counters.
