How to disable SSO (Single Sign On) Login for OTM reports - REP-51019 (Doc ID 734004.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
After a new reports install, you run a run a test report
http://<servername>:7777/repdemo/runrepIAS.html. When the report is run, you are prompted with the below error:

REP-51019: Need system user authentication

The above exception is areports Single Sign On(SSO) error, however, you do not want to use SSO.
