Symptoms

Created Actions for Issues are duplicating on Team Member Home Page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log to Oracle Project Super User responsibility
  2. Search for project - Select 'Control' Tab
  3. Create Issue - Create 'Action' for this issue
  4. Log using Team Member Responsibility
  5. Select 'Team Member Home'
  6. Review 'Assigned Action' section
