Move Order Allocate: Can't Increase Allocated Quantity And Change Suggested Locator (Doc ID 734080.1)

Goal

When attempting to transact a move order on mobile applications, it is impossible to increase the suggested quantity and to change the suggested locator. Get the error message:
Error: The requested quantity could not be fulfilled by the location detailing process.

So, overpicking is not allowed in MSCA when changing Sub/Locator, even if this is allowed in Desktop forms application. This is the message in the debug file:
Do Not support overpicking from different Sub/Loc.
