Missing Project related "Tabs" and Seeded Change categories in the PLM

Two Cases Observed

Case 1 >

-- Problem Statement:
In the Item catalog the Project Tab is not coming, even after defining the Lifecycle Phases,
Lifecycle in the Oracle Project Management.
After creating a new item, can see the current status, Current phase but the Tracking Project
Buttons are not available to Associate the Item with New Project/ Associate Existing Project.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Item Catalog: Create Production Items
2. Select the Item Catalog Category
3. On selecting the Lifecycle Phase the Item Status defaults automatically
4. Click on Continue
5. Open the item workbench by clicking the ITEM from the previous step.
6. Click on the LIFECYCLE TAB., opens up the Lifecycle phases.
7. Observe the Current Phase and Current Status.

Case 2 >

-- Problem Statement:

Issues,Ideas seeded change categories not appearing in the Change Management Tab of the SETUP WORKBENCH of item catalog adminstration.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

Navigate to the Change Management Categories page.
(N) Setup Workbench > Change Management tab > Categories sub-tab
In the Categories region, Issue and Idea are not appearing.
