Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.04.02, When attempting to run the action, Find Valid Matches for an Invoice, the following
error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an Invoice and click on action Find Valid matches
2. See the error message,
NO_USER_ACCESS
