Seeded workflow notifications for service requests show the timestamps in servertimezone, not in
the users timezone.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. set these profiles:
client timezone :(GMT -08:00) Pacific Time at site and user level
Server Timezone :(GMT -05:00) Eastern Time at site level.
Enable Timezone Conversions : Yes
2. Enter an SR - the form uses the client timezone to display incident date and occurred date
3. The assignment notification that is sent by workflow for the SR shows the date in servertimezone (so 3 hours difference in this example)
