WEB ADI: Mass Additions Post Process Not Picking Up Any Records to Post (Doc ID 734430.1)

Symptoms

After entering lines in the Web Adi spreadsheet and selecting to upload, none of the lines are picked up in the Mass Additions Post process.  The option for Create Assets Now (Post Mass Additions) is selected.

Mass Additions Post (FAMAPT) shows:

Number of successes: 0
Number of failures: 0
Program Mass Additions Post completed successfully
