SKU Transaction Count Screen Does Not Allow Options to Expand (Doc ID 734690.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
In the SKU Transaction count screen, when you click on the 'Expand all' and 'Collapse all' button, the SKU transaction descriptor details are not displayed.   This worked in OTM version 4.0.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Inventory Management -> SKU -> SKU Transaction
2. Do an open query
3. Right Click on an Entry and select SKU Transaction Count

The Expand All does not expand, nor are their "+" icons to expand the elements.
