Primary Salesperson Does Not Default In Header When Creating A Quote (Doc ID 734710.1)

Symptoms

When creating a quote the Primary Salesperson field does not default, it is blank and must be selected from List of Vaues (LOV) to continue creating quote. Expectation is that the primary salesperson field will be defaulted.

Steps To Reproduce

(R) Quoting User
- Create Quote
- Enter Customer Name (note: The Primary salesperson and Primary group fields cannot be entered)
- Click Apply (B)
- The quote is created and the Primary Salesperson and Primary Sales Group fields are blank and not defaulted.
- The primary salesperson must be selected from the LOV each time the quote is created to continue.
