-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.1 in Production:
When attempting to add a non-recurring element entry for example on 01-Jul-2008 to an employee who is terminated on 10-Jul-2008, and when saving the following error occurs:
ERROR:
"APP-PAY-06370: You cannot create an entry past the termination rule date.
Cause: You are trying to create an element entry for an employee assignment which does not end before the termination rule date.
Action: Please remove your current changes. "
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to People form as of 01-Jul-2008 > Assignment > Element Entry
3. Add the 'Extra Charge' element entry for period (01-Jul-2008 to 31-Jul-2008) and save.
4. The error message will be thrown up.
