Symptoms

Error when creating a Claim.  Value set at the Organization level for the OZF: Defaulting Legal Entity for Claim profile option (user level is null) is not recognized (ignored).  

The system is trying to use a different operating unit (OU) instead of the one for this organization and is failing with the error.  Using the MOAC functionality, with no MO: Operating Unit set at any level.

A default legal entity was not specified. Use the Default Legal Entity for Claims profile option to set the legal entity for organizations.

 

If the profile option is set at user level the claim creates successfully, however users will be creating claims in multiple legal entities, therefore setting the legal entity at the user level is not an option.
