Autocopy Journal Results in Two Copies of the Reporting Currency Journal Being Created (Doc ID 735347.1)

Symptoms

When using Autocopy to copy a journal batch in the primary ledger, that has already been replicated in
the reporting currency ledger, it creates two journal, one for the primary ledger and one for the reporting currency ledger.
When the copied primary journal is posted, this generates a second copy of the journal in the reporting currency ledger.
So two journals are created for the reporting currency ledger.
