Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
A grade ladder is set up to use a formula to calculate salary from a grade rate.
Grade rate for the employee on the ladder is correct but the salary shows 0.01

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Created a Grade Step/progression Plan
Created a Fast Formula for salary calculation Rule
Give employee grade ladder and grade step
Grade Rate value (on Grade Step screen) correctly shows the grade rate as 1.83
