'An Unexpected Error Has Occurred' When Covering Customer On Contract

-- Problem Statement:
On release 12 Service Contracts, when attempting to select Customer and Party for Subline on the effectivity on the Pricing /Products of the Lines tab, the following error occurs:
"ZX_UNEXPECTED_ERROR An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator"
The Application works fine for item chosen as effectivity.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Service Contracts Manager
2. Open/Create a new Contract > populate the summary tab.
3. Lines> Enter a service line> Lines> Pricing/Products > Effectivity > select
Party or Customer
