Symptoms
When attempting to Ship Confirm a sales order the following error occurs:
ERROR

This action cannot be performed on all selected records.
STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping
3. Transactions
4. Find the order using Query Manager
5. Delivery Tab
6. Select Ship Confirm
