Oracle Assets - Version 12.0.0 to 12.0.6 [Release 12]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Depreciation Override Form (FAXORIDE)

Symptoms

Depreciation override is not working when running automatic rollback of depreciation.  This is a loss of functionality from release 11i.

In R12: An override amount is posted correctly for an asset. The user determines that the override amount was incorrectly entered and loads another override amount for the same period.

After running depreciation, the system still shows the first override amount and ignores the one provided the second time.

Note that the first one cannot be deleted since it is in a posted status.
