When Assignment Information is Changed, Some Element Entries Automatically Change To Null Value (Doc ID 735972.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When an employee has a change to their assignment, some elements have their Entry Values automatically set to NULL.  It is then necessary to manually re-enter the correct value on the Entry Values screen.



Steps To Reproduce:
  1. Employee has an earnings element assigned to them.
  2. A change is made to the employee's Organization.
  3. The Entry Value for the element is now set to NULL.
