LNS: Billing Completes With Warning (Doc ID 736162.1)

When running the LNS Billing program, it finishes with a warning, but all invoices are correctly created.  The warning is similar to the following:

Beginning post-processing of request 19432680 on node TI1US142 at 28-AUG-2008 11:42:04.
Post-processing of request 19432680 failed at 28-AUG-2008 11:45:06 with the error message:
The Output Post-processor is running but has not picked up this request.
No further attempts will be made to post-process this request, and the request will be marked
with Warning status.
Setting the profile option Concurrent: OPP Response Timeout to a higher value may be necessary.
