Cannot View Descriptive Flex Field For Work Order In Eam Self Service (Doc ID 736260.1)

Symptoms

You are not able to view and enter the values in the Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) for Work Orders when using the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Self Service page (In Maintenance Super user responsibility)

Steps to reproduce the issue

1.Define Descriptive flexfield for Work order,
   Navigation: EAM Responsibility > Setup > Flexfield > Descriptive > Segment
      Select 
        Title : Discrete job
        Application: Work In Process

2.Uncheck the Freeze Flexfield Definition and add Code under Context field value
   to check the Enabled check box.

3.Click the Segments button.

4.In the Number,Name,Window prompt select Column,Value set.
    Enable Displayed and Enabled check box in Segment summary form.

5.Now save, Check the Freeze flexfield definition checkbox and compile.

6. Now go to open Work order page using Self service screen.

Nav: Maintenance super user > Work order > Create Work order
   Here is where you cannot able to see any Descriptive flexfield for work order,
when you try to check Oracle form in EAM responsibility it also does not show
any DFF information.
