Setup Performance Issue: Poor Performance in AR System Options Form For Some Operating Units (Doc ID 736395.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 in Production:

AR system Options form is taking long time to open even after applying <Patch 6173301>. This patch solved the problem for some Operating Units (OU), but other OUs still have the issue

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager for the specific Operating Unit
Navigation: Setup > System > Options
