Debrief Form: Item Id Displayed Instead Of Item Name When Creating An Error (Doc ID 736633.1)

FORM:CSFFEDBF.FMB - Debrief

Symptoms

For some items the Item Id shows in the error message instead of the Item Name.
The error shows:

IPL: Item ID nnnnnnn and uom 'X' not on pricelist 'X'.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Field Service Manager Resp.
    N> Field Service Dispatcher/Service Request/Service Requests/Create Service Requests.
    Create an SR with a task.
    Make sure the task is assigned.
    Also click on More tab to verify the assignment.
  2. Click on the debrief button.
    Enter lines on the material tab for different items that are not on the price list used.
  3. Set assignment status of Debrief to completed.
    Check the log of CSF:Update Debrief Lines of the concurrent request generated.
    This shows the errors that the different items are not on the price list 'X'.
  4. Refresh the Debrief window.
    Check the error message.
