Current employee self service displays W-2 information, but there is no ability to document the employees consent to receive the Online W-2's

The IRS states the following for online W-2s:

Internal Revenue Service regulations (TD 9114) regarding the electronic delivery of Form W-2 to employees allow an employer to furnish Form W-2 posted on a Web site, to an employee, under the following guidelines:

Employee Consent and Confirmation: The employee should consent electronically to receiving such a statement, but can consent via a paper document if it is confirmed electronically in a manner that demonstrates an ability to access the statement.

Revocation of Consent: The employee may withdraw consent at any time by furnishing the withdrawal electronically or on paper to the person named in the outlined statement. The employer will confirm the withdrawal electronically or on paper and then provide a paper statement by January 31.
