Symptoms

Blanket Release Shipments which are manually closed are reopening unexpectedly.   This is happening in the following sequence of events.

1) Profile Option  "PO: Allow Retroactive Pricing of POs " = Open Releases Only
2) A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is updated with a Line Price change
3) When approving, the Additional Options tab is selected and the check box "Apply Price Update to Existing PO's and Releases" is enabled
4) After the BPA is approved, Blanket Releases associated with this blanket which were manually closed, have their prices updated and the shipments are reopened

This is not expected as the profile that controls this is set to "Open Releases Only".
