Symptoms

After a fresh R12 Installation, the post install steps fail and when attempting to start apache
the following error occurs:

RW-50015: Error: - HTTP Listener is not responding. The service might not have started on the port
yet. Please check the service and use the retry button.

/.../ora/10.1.3/Apache/Apache/bin/apachectl startssl:execing httpd
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Unresolved symbol: nnfoboot (code) from
/.../apps/tech_st/10.1.3/lib32/libclntsh.sl.10.1
Syntax error on line 262 of
/.../ora/10.1.3/Apache/Apache/conf/httpd.conf:
/.../apps/tech_st/10.1.3/Apache/Apache/libexec/libphp4.so into server : No such file or directory

Error found while relinking
cat: Cannot open /../lib32/ldflags: No such file or directory
