How to disable the following type of Forms Error popups received when attempting to launch any Forms-based menu from the Homepage, or when attempting to Login via the diagnostic direct CGI (dev60cgi) Login?

Cause: Someone has attempted to log in to Oracle Applications using your
username 24 times.
