Order Release Template Error Choosing Location (Doc ID 736861.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.03, When attempting to enter a location in the Order Template Screen, the following error occurs:

Error Found Handling The Request.
The XID <Location ID> entered for field Enter Pickup Location: does not match valid record

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to the Order Template screen and try to enter a different location than what is in the Pickup
Location already
2. When starting to enter the first few characters of the Location, the auto-fill feature appears.
When user selects one of the choices, the error message appears

-- Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the auto-fill feature in the Order Template screen
