The employee has met the $15,500 annual limit for the base 401k deduction. Now the 401k catch up deduction has started. Find that in the next pay period, the correct amount was withheld for the 401k catch up, but there was no employer match.
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign the 401K FLAT OPTION to the employee
2. Run Payroll
3. Review the Statement of Earnings (SOE), see that the 401k Catch Up deduction is withheld
4. Review the Run Results, see that there is no Employer 401K match
