-- Problem Statement:
The following error could be generated in the Oracle Transportation Management , OTM, Exception logs anytime the Shipment Cost Allocation process is run.
Error Exception Allocation::initializePlanningCosts - No ord_line_gid relationship exists on
SShipUnitLine - BMA.25364333, ShipUnitLineNo - 1 (shipPK=BMA.01552)
Shipment was not allocated - BMA.01552 (sShipUnitGid=BMA.25364333, sShipUnitLineNo=1)
-- Steps To Reproduce:
This issue is a data related issue that could occur any time the allocation process is run. Since each OTM implementation is different the steps to reproduce this error will vary depending on when shipment cost is allocated.
One way to reproduce this issue would be the following:
1. Create a Shipment in OTM
2. Send in shipment actuals to update the shipment ( Leave out some ShipUnitContent data )
3. Re-calc and re-allocate the cost of the shipment via an agent when the Shipment Actuals are received
4. Verify if a similar error is being generated in the OTM Exception logs

Due to this issue, Allocation of Shipment Costs on some Shipments can not be completed.
