Goal

Contract statuses cannot be updated from Entered to Active.  When viewing the workflow status diagram we can see that it is currently stuck on the  Signature Sub-Process.  If we double click on this node it is stuck on the Set Signed Date activity.

This has never worked and the problem occurs on all contracts.  The workflow has not been customized. 

Why can't the statuses be updated from Entered to Active?
