When attempting to login to a new installation of OTM 5.5 CU5 for first time with the username/password
'DBA.ADMIN / CHANGEME', the system gives the following error:
cause.ERROR_CONNECTING_TO_SERVER (exception=null, user=DBA.ADMIN)
