Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 12.0.4:
The 'Create' menu option (under Configuration---> Master Configuration) is translated in to Portuguese, when the application is accessed in Portuguese.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see all the translatable text in Portuguese.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Complex MRO
2. (N) Configuration---> Master configuration
3. Check the menu option Create.
