How do I import manual tax lines through AutoInvoice if I use the Latin Tax Engine to calculate taxes for invoices entered in the application?

Example:  One line for VAT is being passed from a legacy system to AutoInvoice but a second tax line for other taxes should be calculated by Oracle during import.

Attempting to perform this task now results in the error
"ERROR: from eBusiness Tax - return code = 2
Please review the plsql debug log for additional details.
Error calling raaebt()
