Various UI Issues In Dock Scheduler (Appointment Management) (Doc ID 737974.1)

Symptoms

Several UI issues have been identified in the Dock Scheduler module.

1. When scheduling appointments, the open slots are shown as closed in the UI
2. Dragging and dropping shipments from the unscheduled shipments list to the open slots does not work
3. Service provider can schedule a shipment that is withdrawn by the planner
4. Service provider can schedule shipments in the past!
5. Always uses one slot to schedule shipments even if there are multiple
slots
6. Adjust appointment times does not let the user select the resource slot available
