Saving Ship Unit Diameter & Core Diameter Lose Their UOM when Working with Order Movements. (Doc ID 737982.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

When an Order Release is created with a Ship Unit set with Diameter and Core Diameter and these fields are set in Meters for example 1.00 M, the associated Order Movement that is created has a Ship Unit where the 1.00 M is now displayed as 1000 M.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create an Order Release with a Ship Unit.
2. Set the Ship Unit on the Order Release with Diameter and Core Diameter of 1.00 M.
3. Create an Order Movement from the Order Release.
4. Edit the Order Movement and note the Shipment Ship Unit Diameter is now displayed as 1000 M, which is incorrect.
