Symptoms
When attempting to change "Serial Control Uniqueness" field into Organization Parameter form, tab Revision, the following error occurs:

APP-INV-05579: There are serial numbers that already violate this uniqueness constraint - Update not allowed
Steps
1. Navigate to Inventory > Organization > Parameters
2. Go on the Revision Tab
3. Try to change field "Serial Control Uniqueness" to "Across organizations"
4. Get error
