FORM:CSXSRISR.FMB - Create Service Requests
When creating a service request a notification is NOT sent to the Service Request owner.
Users expect that a notification will be sent to the SR owner when a notification rule is defined to
sent the owner a notification when an SR is created or updated..
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a notification rule to send a notification to SR owner when a Service Request is Created
2. Create a service request with an owner.
3. Check the Worklist, and verify if a notification was created.
