Symptoms

 

On Release 12.0.4

When attempting to submit a requisition for approval without using AME the following error occurs:

ERROR
APP-PO-14142:WF_Error-000:
ORA-0000:normal,successful completion Cause: A SQL error has occurred in
WF_Error
The SQL error is ORA-0000:normal,successful completion .
Action :Take note of both this error number and the action you were trying to
perform.
Contact your system administrator for further assistance.
