Debrief Error: 'Invalid Serial Number' While Processing Debrief Return Material Lines

When updating a Debrief, the following error message appears in the Error field of the Material Return Lines:

"The transaction failed because there was an error.
Transaction processor error.
Invalid Serial Number"

Steps To Reproduce:
1- Log into Field Service Dispatcher -> Debrief.
2- Query Debrief Status : Completed with Errors.
3- Go to debrief. Receive error message.
