Symptoms
When attempting to run Create accounting and
XLAACCUP module: Accounting Program , the following error occurs:
ERROR

The Accounting Program for Oracle Subledger Accounting cannot successfully save the entry for technical reasons. ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("XLA"."XLA_AE_LINES"."ACCOUNTING_DATE")
STEPS:

1. Launch the Create Accounting Program
2. Process Category :Inventory
3. Submit
