-- Problem Statement:
When entering a value XXddddddddX in the Identifier field under the Employment tab in Enter and
Maintain Person screen, an error is raised.
This is in ES (Spanish) legislation.
APP-PER-375204 You entered an invalid Foreign National Identifier (NIE).

Responsibility: HM ES HRMS Manager
Navigation Path: People:Enter and Maintain
Create a new employee
On Employee tab:
Identifier Type = NIE - Foreigner's Identification Number
Identifier Value = XddddddddS
