Symptoms
On 12.0.5, find users are unable to update the timeout fields for Move Transaction Manager (WIP Transaction Manager) from 40 minutes to 0. These fields are protected against updates.
The idea of setting the timeout to zero was to ensure users will get the necessary error information without having to wait 40 minutes in case of any validation problems for some the WIP transactions submitted for processing.
