Interface Trip Stop Error: An Error Occurred While Relieving Reservations (Doc ID 740347.1)

Goal

When attempting to perform Interface Trip Stop for delivery, the following error occurs:

ERROR
An error occurred while relieving reservations.

If you look at the request log, it states that even though the negative balances are allowed, Oracle would not allow the issue transaction to go through if there are prior reservations or allocations existing for other demands. This will eat into the existing reservations/ allocations.
