Error When Editing Secondary Charge from Shipment Group Screen for Russian Secondary Charge Shipment ID. (Doc ID 740429.1)

-- Problem Statement:

When attempting to edit secondary charge from the shipment group screen when the secondary charge shipment ID is in Russian and not English, the following error occurs:


-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Navigate to Transportation Planning and Execution > Shipment Group Management > Select a Shipment Group.

2- Click on "Create Secondary Charge" action > Use Russian Shipment ID and populate the other needed fields > Click OK.

3- Re-query the shipment group and click on edit.

4- Scroll down to the secondary charge shipment and click on the hyperlink.

5- The shipment comes up in view mode screen.

6- Try to edit Secondary Charge Shipment from the Shipment Group Form/screen, you will get the error.

Due to this issue, users cannot edit secondary charge from the shipment group screen .
