Symptoms

An employee with a Bankruptcy Element and Pre-Tax Deductions errors out with the following:

HR_51118_HRPROC_ERR_OCC_ON_ASG
ASGNO 3373
APP-PAY-51118: Error was encountered when processing assignment XXXX
PAY_289113_PROC_MAX_ITERATION
APP-PAY-289113: The process has reached the maximum number of attempts in trying to resolve the Net pay for this Assignment.
Please review the set up of the iterative elements that are associated with this Assignment.

 


This only occurs if the employee does not have enough wages to collect the entire amount of the Pre-Tax deduction and the Wage Attachment.
