Symptoms

Invoice Print using Summarize by Tax Name  prints the word "Tax" and not the actual Tax Name or Jurisdiction.

Steps to Reproduce:

Enter an Invoice with taxes.

Tax Printing option in Customer Profile is set to 'Summarize by Tax Name'. Taxes setup at STATE, COUNTY and CITY levels.

Print Invoice using "Invoice Print Selected Invoices", and expect to see this detail on the invoice, for example:
State    GA        4% 1.28
County Fulton   2% 0.64
City      Atlanta  4% 1.28

But instead it shows
Tax @ 4.00    1.28
Tax @ 2.00    0.64
Tax @ 4.00    1.28
